Bailiff Action
Ms P contacted us when bailiffs sent notice that they were to call in 7 days to remove items for the satisfaction of a debt. We had to move fast. After all the information was supplied to us we successfully negotiated with the most pressing creditor to stop the action. Ms P was living on income support and child benefit and was unfortunately not receiving any maintenance from her estranged husband. We negotiated with all her creditors to bring about a satisfactory arrangement, and one that was affordable to Ms P.
Business Failure
Mr and Mrs M got in touch when their business failed leaving them with personal unsecured debts on their credit cards. The stress of this was having a negative effect on their relationship, they both felt a sense of failure and humiliation. We were able to substantially reduce the amount each month that they were paying to their creditors. They have now made a fresh start by opening another business safe in the knowledge that all future negotiations with their creditors will be handled by us.
Imminent Job Loss
Mr and Mrs B's creditors were getting impatient. The outcome from a very relieved Mr and Mrs B was that after assurances from us to his employer that his debt problem would be resolved over an acceptable timescale, and successful arrangements with creditors and debt collection agencies, their income is secure and they are now well on their way to becoming debt free. They both feel as if a great weight has been lifted from their shoulders. Mrs B commented recently, "we can now afford to buy our child a pair of shoes safe in the knowledge that we're not robbing Peter to pay Paul".
