We guarantee that any complaint shall be dealt with between 1 and 7 working days of receipt in writing and 48 hours if by telephone. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the clients' satisfaction then the client has the right to report us to the appropriate local trading standards organisation and/or to seek redress through the courts. |
| | Clients' monies are held in a separate client account and distributions to creditors are made from this account up to 5 working days after receipt of cleared funds. |
